Our eggs are made fresh and steam-baked to order with precision. The result is soft, structured, and consistent in every bite.
We build around that foundation with fresh-baked shokupan, premium halal meats — from beef bacon and sausage links to prime tenderloin filet — and scratch-made sauces layered for balance and depth.
Every layer has a purpose. Every build has intention.
Prefer to skip the bread? Our breadless options deliver the same bold flavor and structure — just without the shokupan.
And then there are the hash sticks. Crisp on the outside, fluffy inside, served with our scratch-made caramelized onion dip.

Americanos, lattes, and iced favorites — including the signature Egg Bar Latte — are crowned with our made-to-order cold foam, velvety and perfectly balanced.
Our cold brew is steeped for richness and clarity, served classic, infused with premium syrups, or poured Nitro for a creamy cascade and silk-like texture.
Ceremonial-grade matcha brings vibrant color and a smooth, earthy finish — never bitter, always precise.
